What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, business name and anything you choose to tell us in your message.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call.
- If we work together, to deliver the services you've agreed and to send invoices.
We rely on your consent, or on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, as the lawful basis for this. We won't add you to a mailing list or share your details for marketing.
Who else handles it
Enquiries are delivered by Formspree, a form-handling service, and the website is hosted by Cloudflare. Both process data on our behalf under their own data protection terms. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for six years after our work ends, as required for tax purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
